1. If you have specific questions related to Serenity Towers, you can contact our leasing manager at info@serenitytowers.com.
2. If you are interested in being considered for an apartment suite at Serenity Towers, please print out the Information Data Sheet Application attached here.
3. Once you have filled out the Initial Data Application, please mail it to:  Leasing Manager, 880 Oleander Way South, South Pasadena, FL. 33707
4. Please give our staff one week to get back to you after sending in your initial application, but we welcome your calls to check on the status of your application.  For specific information, please call 727.344.1491 and ask for the leasing manager.  We look forward to talking to you.
5. Once we process your application, a staff member at Serenity Towers will set up an in person meeting to go over the process to move into our community.
6. If you qualify for admission to Serenity Towers but we do not have availability, we will immediately place you on the waiting list and contact you when your apartment suite becomes available.  We will do our best to accommodate you so that you can become a part of our community and Serenity Towers can become your home.
